Well, I got back home a few hours ago from getting some blood work done.
Now as you can see, or read, I'm watching my two granddaughters very carefully...
Always great fun to have them here and taking care of them, sorta, via the dvd player. I'd be in there now watching the movie, but Barbie? Seriously! No can do. They want to watch Tangled after that is over. Now I do like Tangled." Frying Pans right? Who Knew"?
Got a few things I could be doing, but I can't, with the girls here. Like hulling some walnuts, working in my wood shop, or checking on the bees. But when you're needed like I am, how can I say no. It's just something I just have to do. It's what grandparents are for, isn't it?
I have to go to my daughters this afternoon to watch my other grandkids while she goes to a much needed break from the kids. She's at home with them all the time while her husband works out of state and only gets home for a short time at a clip. Plus she has my 11th grandchild, her fourth, in the oven and should be here near Christmas. So she needs a night to be with some grown up talk...
So, it's a long day for me and I can't even practice my dulcimer because my son works night shift and is sleeping, thus the reason that I'm watching the girls.
And it's supposed to be my day off!!!
